What are your shipping policies?
We offer $10 ground flat rate, and FREE shipping on orders
over $150. Next day air is $35 and second day air is $25.
All orders received before 1:00p.m. central standard time
Monday-Friday, will be shipped out the same day.
I called for help, but no-one answered. What do I do?
We get a large number of phone calls a day. We are the
crazy people who put our cell phone on every bag and all
over this website. With that being said...If you leave a
message, we will return your call before the end of the day.
Please leave a time that is good for you for us to return
your call, then what your call is about, your name, and
telephone number. You are our customer and you are number 1
to us! I have personally answered phone calls as late as 10
p.m. You might hear our child in the background, but we will
be here to assist you!
Are real people going to help me with online shopping?
If you email us or call it will be someone who helps women
in our store everyday find clothes that look great on them.
It might not always be Stephanie, but it will be someone
just as qualified, if not better.
What is your return policy for the website?
All "Sale Items" are final, however, We have a return policy of 7 business days, tags attached,
unworn. We think that gives ample amount of time for the
customer to try the garment on and return it if it does not
fit. Also, please send all returns to our warehouse address:
